Yet, the average revenue for a women-of-color owned business is $66,400, compared to the average revenue of $212,300 for a non-minority owned business.

The Minority Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network (MCWEN) is a thriving community for Christian women of color who have an interest in entrepreneurship and business ownership. Using the Proverbs 31 woman as a model, MCWEN seeks to support women to become impactful and positively influential in their homes, community, and at work. For us, it's not just business as usual.

Felice McKenney
International Speaker, Author, and Military Veteran
Felice McKenney, aka Felice Renee, is a proud native of St. Louis, MO, a retired Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom Veteran honored with Army Achievement and Good Conduct Medals. Felice is also a recipient of the iChange Nation Award from Dr. Clyde Rivers, ambassador to Burundi, Africa, as impactful distinguished figure in community service and personal development.
As an international speaker and member of the Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team, Felice has hosted the Stellar Award Nominee show "Peace In Living Today" since 2013. Her influence extends to authorship, notably with "Stained Glass Smile, You Can Be Healed," a guide for those grappling with abuse and depression. The success of her book led to the establishment of S.M.I.L.E. University, offering transformative courses.
Felice Renee has more than 20 years of traveling to various cities in the US, Germany, Holland and Kenya. Through her work, she is empowering individuals fear to faith, doubt to confidence, and despair to hope. Her life's work encourages audiences to recognize faulty thinking, regain confidence, and restore peace in their hearts and minds, ultimately leading them towards a life of renewed joy.
