Terms & Conditions

  • ​"Across All Platforms" includes MCWEN’s primary social media pages: Facebook group, Facebook page, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Threads, and Twitter/X.

    Content Guidelines

  • Submitted content must follow standard dimensions for each platform. We recommend 800 x 800 pixels for static images or vertical dimensions for video content, which display well across most social media channels.

  • Each standard order includes one (1) graphic or video asset. Additional images or videos may be added for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

    Scheduling & Availability 

  • Promotion requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the requested date.

  • All promotions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. MCWEN does not guarantee that a specific requested date will be available.

    Performance Disclaimer

  • MCWEN does not guarantee increased consumer engagement, event attendance, or sales. Our role is to provide advertising and promotional visibility across our platforms.

    Refunds & Cancellations

  • À la Carte purchases are non-refundable.

  • Bundled packages may be refunded at a prorated rate for services not yet rendered, provided a minimum of seven (7) days’ written notice is given before the first scheduled promotion.

    Content Approval

  • MCWEN reserves the right to decline promotional content that:

    • Does not align with our mission and vision

    • May harm the integrity of our brand

    • Is submitted late or in an unusable format

  • If content is refused:

    • Non-members will receive a full refund

    • MCWEN members may substitute a different post in its place
