Since 2019, the Minority Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network (MCWEN) has been building a community where women entrepreneurs and professionals can connect, grow their businesses, strengthen their sense of purpose, and find meaningful support.
Over the years, we've served thousands of women through local meetups, virtual programming, conferences, business development resources, micro seed support, and opportunities to connect with a community that understands the journey of building a business and pursuing a calling.
We've built something meaningful. And now, we're preparing for what's next.
Our Community Has Grown. Our Capacity Must Grow With It.
As MCWEN has expanded, so have the needs of our community. Women in additional cities are waiting for opportunities to connect locally. Young women's organizations have expressed interest in a mentoring program. And the systems, staffing, and resources that support our existing programs need continued investment. We want to continue serving the women who are already part of MCWEN while creating the capacity to welcome more.
That's why we're launching our $20,000 Capacity Campaign.

Sustain Our Community
Support the costs of our remaining 2026 meetups and Q1 2027 programming, helping us continue creating meaningful opportunities for women to connect and learn.
Strengthen Our Operations
Invest in administrative and program support that helps us coordinate activities, communicate with members, and manage the work behind our growing community.
Improve Our Infrastructure
Maintain essential digital tools and strengthen the website, conference platform, and relationship-management systems that support our members, programs, and events.
Prepare for What's Next
Build the capacity to develop a mentoring program and prepare for the launch of two additional cities in Q1 2027, based on available resources and readiness.
