PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Submitters are responsible for ensuring that all content, including descriptions, images, and links, complies with applicable laws and regulations. Minority Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network (MCWEN) reserves the right to refuse or edit submissions that do not align with our mission and vision, or submissions that may prove harmful to our brand. If a submission is refused, a full refund will be provided.

  2. Payment for the listing must be made in full at the time of submission. Accepted payment methods will be specified on the website. All listing fees are non-refundable once a submission has been accepted.

  3. Listings will be accepted until November 15, 2025. The 2025 Holiday Gift Guide will be live on our site from November 21, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

  4. Each listing includes a business name, image, brief description of the product or service, and direct link to the submitter’s website. Ad placement and level of promotion depend on the package selected (Basic, Featured, or Premium).

  5. By submitting a listing, the submitter grants MCWEN permission to promote their listing through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  6. Inclusion in the gift guide does not imply endorsement of the submitter’s products or services by MCWEN. MCWEN is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the listing or any related activities.

  7. MCWEN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Submitters will be notified of significant changes.

  8. MCWEN does not guarantee increased consumer engagement, attendance, or sales. Our commitment is to advertise your business and featured products/services as outlined.
